There are 2 ledger groups in this PAO. LG I and LG II maintain computerized IRLAs of Regular Army Personnel and TA Personnel. The main function of these section is maintaining the IRLAs despatch of quarterly statement of account to the units, attending to complaints and DO letters received from the units and Record office, maintenance of DO Part II Order files, issue of LPC for deputation cases, final closing of IRLA and AFPP fund account of Regular discharge cases, local discharge deserter and death cases , noting of FAMO in the IRLAS and clearing the rejections received from the computer section .
